I really liked this latest batch of this non-vintage pinot noir bubbly. It is a beige pink sparkling rose made from...

If you need a summer sparkler for a backyard bash, or something different as a go-to, this is lovely and a super value.
Berry fruit and toast with a bit of lime pith on the nose, and super balanced with its berry, pomelo, minerality, reasonable alcohol and toastiness, this is deliciously quaffable with definite pinot characteristics.
Super affordable wine from a conscientious/sustainable practise producer
Just wish the WA Cru would revisit some of these standby wines and give them another review (its been +3yrs since the last) as I think this wine has improved since 2015/2016... ;)

The gorgeous dusty rose colour matches the label perfectly. It reminds me of a lakeside country cottage in the morning, perfectly pristine and elegant. At first glance this might seem like a whimsical wine, but upon tasting it I soon realized the depth and creaminess that goes alongside the bright red cherry and raspberry flavours.
