It's only wine but I like it
Notes on the 2011 vintage. While I never tasted the 2010, this '11 seems in complete contrast. Lean, acidic, and a bit thin. This organic Chard seems more akin to a Niagara white in a weak vintage. A little bitter on the short finish. $13.99 in Pennsylvania. Tasted Feb 2013.
