This blend of 60% Viognier, 15% Roussanne, 10% Marsanne, 8% Clairette, 5% Bourboulenc, and 2% Grenache Blanc has a fresh and bright nose of anise, fennel, and herbal aromas buoyed by bright lemon citrus, stone fruit, and fruity notes. On the dry, medium+ bodied palate it has ripe aroma replays with notable citrus and green apple characters in a slightly spicy profile. It has well-balanced acidity and a nicely textured mouthfeel, while subtle spice notes linger on the finish, with very good length. Tasted June 2025.
