Equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged on the lees for minimum 48 months, this has a lovely autolytic, lemon curd, citrus and brioche nose with touches of honey. It's dry on the palate with crisp acidity, fine mousse and balanced citrusy, leesy, and toasty brioche flavours. Finish is long and toasty. Tasted Oct/2019. Score: 91+ pts
