50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that spent at least 4 years on the lees. This has a gorgeous, intense nose of biscuit, leesy, toasty brioche, and pastry with clean lime aromas and flavours. Bright acids are lively. Fine mousse and nicely balanced overall with excellent finish length. Very fine bubbly. Tasted Nov/2018.
