David (89): This is a typically deep, black carmenere with very intense, meaty, green and currant notes, plus some gunflint. It's medium weight, soused in currants, cassis and kale-like greens on the palate. Quite even and juicy and focused. Carmenere on steroids, so fans will love it, and haters will have all the evidence they need to hate it more. I like it and quality is excellent. Tasted October 2014
