This remarkable Tawny vividly illustrates that 20 years is probably the ideal age for this type of wine. More complex...

Compared to Graham’s other bottlings, I have never been as historically familiar with its tawnies—until now. Medium...

Very classic, leather aromas, spices, balsamic notes and a lot of spices. Sugar is present enough, but the whole does...

Lots of sherry notes on this Tawny, with a pleasant, complex, oxidative personality. Warm from alcohol (duh!) and...

This is really nice tawny and the 500ml bottle is perfect for sitting by the fire with your sweetie! There is an initial bite that some people like (I don't) but it smooths out beautifully in the glass. And if there is any left the next day, it tastes like the Graham's 30 which is absolute perfection in a bottle if you ever have a chance to buy one.

Try this tawny at room temperature with milk chocolate.

Sweet and silky, this wine is full of caramel and butterscotch aromas with raisin, dried fig, and orange notes. A very long finish. What a great tawny!

Have to admit that as a lover of port I was a little disappointed. There is no doubt that this was silky and smooth and really nice to drink on cold winter night, however given the reviews I guess I was expecting to be blown away.

Still would recommend it though...

All the usual hallmarks of a 20 year old port are there: the butterscotch, honey, apricot and toffee. The aroma is heavy on alcohol and not quite as fresh as, say, a Taylor. On the palate the port does, as the reviewer above notes, have a bite fresh out of the bottle. This goes away after a day. A nice port, but not better than a Taylor.
