We've moved from loving Prosecco to loving Cava, and this one does not disappoint! Excellent for fun get-togethers.

Screaming green apple on the nose with some butteriness. Crisp acidity with lots of fruit make this a great quaffer.
Consistently a fine sparkling wine for under $15
Description: Medium straw in colour with a medium to low intense nose and fine mousse. This sparkling wine featuring lemon, ginger, light yeast, green apple, cashews & nectarine. Medium body with good acidity and a fairly long length.
Drink now or in the next 3 years on its own or pair with Chicken in Garlic Almond sauce.

Zesty nose of white grapefruit, toasted nuts, and a hint of bread. Palate is quite dry with vibrant acidity and creamy mousse. Citrusy essences, pith, and a finish with some bitter almond. Long length. Great value. Mar 2011.
A little over priced, but good for everyday drinking. A little too sweet, but nice finish. Yeast is not as predominate as the LCBO is saying.
A fine, frothy mousse with appetizing brioche, mushroom, mineral, green apple and lime in the glass; a great party starter
