Medium+ ruby to garner in colour with a medium+ intense nose.

Unusual try a Fosch from BC rather than Ontario.

Positive Notes: Intense flavours of plums, dark cherry, mulberry, raspberry, pastrami, fennel & pomegranate. Medium+ body with good acidity & length.

Negatives: None

Drink now on its own or over the next 3 years and pair it with venison.

Deep inky ruby in colour with aromas of smoke, violet incense, cured meat and blackberry. Ripe and surprisingly smooth on the palate with floral and blackberry notes and savoury flavours of earth, smoke and cooking spice. Low tannin and velvety smooth with zippy acidity. Try with duck breast, cassoulet or simple burgers.
