Big black pepper, meaty, earthy saddle leather nose with tobacco, chocolate, black olive, cassis, blackberry and five spice aromas. The attack is full and smooth the palate elegant yet with plenty of tannin. Smoky herb, peppery, chocolate, vanilla, cassis jam flavours with Napa highlights of black cherry, cranberry, tobacco leaf, celery root flavours with a meaty, leather note.
