Chateau Beaumont keeps on delivering, richness and value – year after year. The hot 2009 vintage has been very kind to its fulsome style, imbuing rich blackcurrant fruit amid the iodine, herbal, and generously oaked flavours. It's middle weight, fairly plush (for Bordeaux) with some warmth, but I particularly like the integration of the fruit, herbal and oak driven flavours. Excellent length. Best now to 2017.
