Nov 2013: Quite deep gold colour, striking. Lively mousse with lots of bubbles several minutes after pouring. Very ripe apples on the nose. Med full, and surprisingly lush for Extra Brut: apples and pears dominate. A little tarte on the finish, but very long. This has plenty of life yet! Quite delicious. 100% Chard.
