This McLaren Vale producer makes consistently solid Shiraz, and the Jester is no exception. Big cherry, raspberry, espresso, black pepper and modest mint aromas are incredibly enticing. The palate doesn't disappoint, with chewy cherry, black licorice, and raspberry as well as light acidity and some good structure from modest wood. Drinking well now with some potential for the near future as well.
