Harmonious, creamy, plush but with the elegance for which La Creme is known. Restrained use of oak, rich fruit and...

The nose is the most appealing characteristic of this wine which exudes sweet floral and pear notes with hints of toasted coconut and caramel. The palate is somewhat unrefined with a bitterness that crowds out a short burst of fruit and otherwise pleasant toasted oak and vanilla flavours. Its a nice wine but just doesn't come together the way a great Chardonnay can.
