This is such a well composed, integrated and complex sauvignon - not nearly as strident as many NZs examples, but...

Wild fermented for more than 6 months, this has open, herbally, earthy, stone fruit, grapefruit, and lemon citrus aromas that are quite complex. The smooth, medium-bodied palate flavour profile follows bouquet with very good, balanced acidity. Excellent finish length. Tasted May/2017.
