A highly appealing, pleasant if not commercial style of Chianti. A medium-bodied blend of sangiovese with canaiolo,...

Nice Chianti. Food friendly. Would like it better a few dollars cheaper.

The 2012 vintage. A simple, fresh chianti. Relatively light-bodied, with typical red cherry fruit and noteable acidity - just as one would expect from a basic chianti. A very good match to pasta and meat sauce or pizza. Not a bad value, but I do wish that the LCBO would price this in the $10-12 range as was intended. Drink now. Tasted Nov 2013.
