A true, west coast style pinot noir with ripe, succulent red and blackberry fruit, and considerable extract. Barrel notes are evident but balanced (one-quarter new wood used for ageing), while tannins are suave and silky, very elegant, and alcohol is generous and mouth filling (14.5% declared).
