Not super complex, but delicious and extremely refreshing. Vibrant, pale ruby color. Subdued aromas of ripe cherry and strawberry, with delicate hints of forest floor, minerality, and biscuit. Offers more complexity on the palate, with tart red fruit, MacIntosh apple, lime, biscuit, clove, and minerality. Bone-dry, with piercing acidity. Zesty, lip-smacking.
