It's only wine but I like it
A light and lively Riesling. Citrus and apricot flavours, with well-judged hint of sweetness balanced by palate-clensing Riesling acidity. Super patio sipper on a hot day and a fine value. Buying a Cave Spring Riesling is about as sure a thing as there is in the wine industry. Tasted June 2016.
