Rich and energetic, this Kabinett delivers a great deal of oomph. Vibrant, edgy with a scintillating mineral. Builds...

This is a light semi-dry (Kabinett) wine with a strong mineralic-deepness from the Rheinhessen region next to the impressive Rhein river - it is the good stuff and known as Pradikatswein. A good balance of sweetness with acidity and with relatively low alcohol, 11% in this case. It is a quality wine for a very good price that I plan to have with my Easter turkey, if there's any left that is (not talking about the turkey). Tasted more than a sip.
