Light lemon yellow; watery rim. Fruity nose of lemon and hay. Palate similar: lime, cantaloupe, lemon zest, d'Anjou pear. Acidic; medium finish. Fine mousse pleasantly palpable on palate. Creamy texture. Some complexity.

Very good value for this Loire cremant. Nice mousse with fine bubbles. Citrus notes dominate. Good acidity makes this a lovely aperitif as well as food friendly. Very good length. 88-89 Sept. 2014.
