a very special release of the Rosé Method Traditional from the 2011 vintage. We held back 75 cases for a total of 60 months
The 2011 vintage was very wet and rainy, in fact very similar to the challenging vintage in 2008 but with one major difference, we had 3 more years of viticulture under our belt!
