This is gorgeous juice…I love the silky texture. It’s an appassimento style of Aglianico that I believe works rather well here in Niagara. It offers a softness and a roundness to the wine to offset the aggressive acids. It’s packed with wild herbs and spiced cherries. I really enjoyed sipping this wine at Cuvee.
