This blend of Parellada, Macabeu, and Xarel·lo has a medium+ intensity nose that is clean with citrusy, peach, and lemon aromas nuanced with toasty, brioche, and autolytic characters. The mid-weighted palate offers delicious citrusy, leesy, brioche, toast, and pear notes in a dry flavour profile. It's supported by very good, crisp acidity, and a creamy textured mousse. Very good length on the fresh finish. Last tasted Oct. 2024.

Apple, tropical fruit (xarel-lo), nutty, slight minerola and yeasty component. Good stuff, light and easy

This wine is made from a blend of three different grape varieties: Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel·lo. The wine has a light yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles.
