Pretty darn good for the price. Tasted January 2014, and June 2014.
Red snapper in colour with a fine mousse and medium+ nose.
A true quality sparkling that is a good substitute for Champagne rosé
Positives: A complex wine featuring brioche, baked apple, yeast, raspberry, strawberry, cranberry, rhubarb and chalk. Full body with good acidity and a long length.
Negatives: None
Interesting Notes: “The grapes were hand picked and bunch selected followed by a gentle whole cluster pressing. The secondary fermentation was finished in this bottle followed by a further 30 months.” (Winemaker’s notes)
Drink now on or over the next 3 years on its own or pair it with caviar.

Crisp and tart, top quality stuff in my books. Would buy again and again
Lots of complexity here of for the money. Fine fruit and minerality with a hint of spice. Super fresh.
This is a Fav and a staple for me - crisp wine with biscuity, floral and gentle cherry notes on the nose.

Nice, but lacking in depth and complexity. Loads of concentrated red fruit, and a little pinot-driven bitterness, but not much else. No substitute for the real thing (or, at this price point, a nice cremant).
Pale salmon colour. Nose of rosewater, strawberry rhubarb pie filling, and a note of bread, fresh from the toaster. Generous acidity, in balance with the flavours and the delicate lingering mousse. The nose is experience in the palate and the toasted finish is present. Medium length. Mar 2011.
Dry as a saltine, refreshing as a run through the sprinkler in your undies. And the bottle is PRETTY! I LOVE pretty things!
