We see some nice yeast use here with aromas of bone marrow, popcorn, kitten belly and paper mâché. The bubble structure here is firm and well placed giving the wine a creamy texture and offering hints of chalk, cod cakes and rice crackers. I like the integrity of the wine, a skilled effort, and for $23 it is very good value.
