A rich, savoury Chardonnay brimming with fresh orchard fruit and buttery pie crust. Palate boasts crunchy sea salt, dried wild herbs, apricot and fresh, but well-integrated new oak. Creamy lemon custard and tea leaf further add to the complexity of this full-bodied wine. Bright minerality and firm acidity produce a well-structured, balanced whole. Very good length.
