Full-bodied, mouth-filling, chunky, black cherry, firmly structured with an earthy note. New World style.

88-90, Apr 2011. Not a traditionally made Spanish wine. Modern Ribera. Full body. Meaty/gamey on the nose. Very dark. A bit alcoholic in the beginning. Opens up after an hour. A bit tight but ready to drink. Spices. Silky tannins. pleasant sweet long finish.
