Fresh, light and floral wine with beautiful lemon and pear fruit, a whiff of garden herbs and an undercurrent of rocky minerality. Exceptionally crisp and dry on the palate, with ripe lemon and lime taking centre stage. A good choice for seared scallops, grilled white fish or herbed chicken breast. (VINTAGES panel, May 2012)
