Very harmonious on the palate with the fruit, French oak and mineral layers working in unison.

One of the best white wines I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I served it with lobster and the pair was marraige.

Quite possibly the best white wine I have ever had. Strong fruit presence of peaches, apricots and apples. Buttery creamy texture with full body. Good length and prefectly balanced acidity. I hope it ages well since there are no more bottles to be had in Ontario and I intend on holding on to my two bottles until a white of equal quality comes on the Ontario market again.
