Pretty deep pink to light cherry colour in the glass. Pretty and elegant on the nose with juicy red fruit. Aromas remininscent of fresh strawberry tossed with honey and a crack of white pepper followed by floral lavender and raspberry. The mouthfeel is dry, balanced and refreshing acidity with a nice mineral finish. Classic Tavel, this is what Rose should be like. Was perfect on a summer Sunday afternoon.
