Expectations met and even exceeded from this pioneering Prosecco producer with notions beautifully arid and saline....

Fine, fragrant, barely off-dry, green apple and pear-scented, in other words, classic Prosecco. Superior to the last...

Light straw in colour with a medium to medium+ intense nose and a fine mousse.

Easy drinking Prosecco that’s DOCG and well priced. Can’t go wrong with this one.

Positives: This sparkling wine features pear, apple, pistachio, peach and limestone. Medium minus body with good acidity and a fairly long length.

Negatives: None

Interesting Point: The winery was started in 1868 by Antonio Carpenè producing his Prosecco.

Drink now or over the next year on its own or pair it with ceviche.
