From select vineyards high in volcanic soil and fragments this captures the palate with power and finesse. Rich flavours of red fruit accented with notes of toast, menthol and spices.

Not sure if the 2011 is the vintage still on the shelf, but this is a great little wine for under $10. Ripe red fruit, but not too jammy and the 14% alc is in good balance.
