Riesling may be the signature grape of Germany, but in the Franken region Silvaner is the star. This crisp and refreshing wine shows aromas of green apple, mineral, flowers and a hint of fresh herbs. Dry, with a light body and lively acidity. Crisp and juicy apple flavours shine on the mid-palate, leading to a minerally finish.
