This is definitely more of a traditional style GV than some being developed specifically for export (GROONER, for example), which are more like a hyper-active Sauvignon Blanc or Pinos Gris than what you would find in Austria itself. Fruity notes to start with acidity and spice to finish. This needs to be cold. Try it with some schnitzel.
