The New Zealand Marlborough region makes some classic tasting Sauv Blancs. This smells like grass, gooseberry and grapefruit and has mouth watering acidity that keeps you wanting more. Just like the first time you heard that Def Leppard tape in your Walkman. Red light , yellow light, green light go. Pour some of this sugar in my glass and pass me a salty cracker.
