Medium straw colour. Up front nose of green pear, red apples with a bit of oxidative aroma that added to the character. The palate is off dry with a fuller body and balanced acidity. Rounded mouthfeel with apple and sweet spice. It finishes with heat, but the flavours linger. Apr 2011.
