This 50/50 blend of Grenache and Syrah has elegant, medium+ to medium-high intensity aromas of ripe black raspberry, garrigue, black cherry, peppery spice surrounding a core of savoury earth. It's medium+ bodied and dry with lovely spice and peppery aroma replays, plus mineral, savoury earth, and berry flavours. It has juicy, well-balanced acidity, alongside supple, smooth, and refined tannins. The savoury mid-palate leads to savoury mineral notes on the long finish. Tasted Jan. 2026.
