I was privileged to taste this wine with the wine maker Andres Caballero. I fully agreed with his description of this wine “It’s happy and bright”. Its like watching an animated movie while eating a Caesar salad. You’re amazed by the color, your senses are uplifted like balloons tied to a house, and your mouth waters from thezippy sauce. Pair this with a friend after a bad day. It’ll turn you Up and make you feel right at home.

The 2011 Santa Carolina Sauvignon Blanc Reserva is clear, clean and crisp, with refreshing acidity and nice aromas of lychee, citrus and subtle apricot. My impression: NICE, 88 pts - a recommended buy for $12. Tasted Sept/11.

Passion fruit, grassiness, and gooseberry on the nose. The crisp acidity complements the full-bodied, creamy palate well. Drink chilled.
very zesty and crisp
