Blend of 67% Macabeo and 33% Parellada aged on the lees for at least 30 months. Fairly intense nose offers brioche, biscuity, yeasty, autolytic, and citrus aromas, all of which echo nicely on the palate with apple and a pinch of honeyed sweetness flavours. The mousse is quite fine, while the finish is long and clean. Tasted Sept/2019.
