Mainly Sangiovese (92%), this has fresh red cherry, earth, raspberry, and new oak aromas rising out of the glass. The medium+ bodied palate is creamy with well-structured tannins. It has good acidity that is balanced throughout. Chalky with youthfully grippy tannins on the mid-palate. Pleasing aroma replays on the palate turn woodsy and earthy on the long finish. Tasted May 2025. Score: 90+ pts
