A nice Marlborough Pinot showing red cherry, strawberry jam, baking spice, smoke, herbs and minerality. Medium/full bodied with some warmimg alcohol, the acidity balances the fruit nicely and the length is excellent. Try it with cedar planked salmon. August 2022.
