I was pleasantly surprised with this wine. Aromas of grass and lemon. Wonderful taste of pineapple on the finish. Crisp and refreshing. I found the ideal temperature was the temperature that it was when I took it out of my wine fridge...11C. When I popped it in the fridge to cool down a few degrees, it really started to mute its characteristics.
