Raised in a combination of new and used French oak, this has a fairly intense nose of fresh, buttery, apple, pear, and vanilla with touches of mineral. It's medium-full bodied on the creamy textured palate with nice pear replays and salty mineral notes lifted by clean, balanced acids. Long, salty mineral finish. Tasted Sept/2019.
