A very enjoyable Cava. Notes of green apple, lemon zest, melon, apricot, peach, caramelized pineapple, and a toasty character. Effervescent with good body and high acidity.

White cake and pineapple nose and more honey and apple on the palate. Fine mousse. Very clean, dry and slightly bitter finish.
