Chenin Blanc, the white grape of Vouvray, takes very well to the traditional method (secondary bottle fermentation) of sparkling wine production. This dry, racy, very refreshing version features aromas of peach, pear and freshly baked bread. Enjoy it as a pre-dinner sipper or try it with grilled seafood. A bouillabaisse would be a nice match too.
