Lush merlot based blend. Mouthfeel is great (it is merlot afterall). Flavours are great; oak spice and dark fruit integrated nicely. There is an interesting Amarone like bitterness to the finish (of good length) that keeps the fruit/oak from getting out of hand. Smooth, smooth, smooth tannins. Some will find it too simple, but screw them. Drink now I would say.
