Delightful off-dry Riesling.

Nose of lemon, lime zest, honeycomb, white flowers, almond nougat, white peach.

Crisp on the palate, with a long finish from the residual sugar. Follows through with flavours expected from the nose, with perhaps some added golden delicious apple...just slightly stewed with brown sugar.

Great match for my chicken green Thai curry.

Only problem is I need more patience to let the other bottle age a decade!
