Crafted from hand select grapes from Valul lui Traian wine region-famed for its best terroir for growing red varieties.
Aged in French oak barrique for 1 year. Rich smooth & elegantly textured, with fruity flavours of black berries, ripe dark cherry, black currant and peppery notes.
Serve at 17 ºC after decanting with meat roasts & traditional regional delicacies like "sarmale" (stuffed cabbage rolls with minced meat) or "mici" (short barbequed sausages without casings)
