100% Chardonnay. This has an elegant, medium-high intensity nose of citrusy, pastry, biscuit, almond, lemon citrus, stone fruit, and white peach aromas. The medium-full bodied palate is ripe with a kiss of sweetness and lovely pastry, biscuit, almond, toasty, ripe apple, pear, and citrus flavours in a complex profile. It has an exquisite mouthfeel supported by clean and fresh acidity. Elegant mousse and fine bubbles. Excellent balance throughout with biscuit, almond, brioche, toasty, and citrusy notes lingering on the long finish. Tasted May 2025.

On the dry, medium+ bodied palate it has lovely ripe orchard fruit, grapefruit, wild herb & citrusy replays, plus pithy, honeysuckle & saline flavours adding complexity. It has crisp, lively acidity, along w/ some spice touches & a very finely textured mouthfeel on the mid-palate. Savoury, leesy & saline mineral notes linger on the long, juicy finish. Tasted July 2024. Score: 90+ pts

The lovely, medium-high intensity nose is fresh, balanced & complex w/ red & black fruits, currant, cassis, blackberry, grilled herbs, mint, toasty oak spice & savoury earth aromas. On the dry, medium-full bodied palate it has delicious aroma replays joined by some ripe plummy & smoke notes adding further complexity on the flavour profile. Acids are fresh & juicy, while the supple, well-structured tannins have a slightly chalky textured grip that will soften. Nicely balanced throughout w/ blackberry, savoury earth & smoky notes lingering on long, crisp finish. Tasted Aug. 2024 Score: 90+ pts

It has a fine, textured mouthfeel, plus some spice notes on the mid-palate. Nicely balanced with tangy citrus & mineral notes lingering on the exceptionally long finish. Tasted Aug. 2024.

Herbal characters join the cherry and dried florals on the long, and very satisfying finish. Tasted May 2024.
